Article Title- Life of Tye

Subheading- From ZERO to HERO
An exclusive interview with one of the biggest and the best, Tye Bramble. Find out about the life of a music sensation.

Chris Crown is one of the most renowned superstars of all time. His first big hit was back in 2005 when he wrote his own song 'League of Champions'. He took this song to a well known record label who decided that it was good enough to be put out into the world of music and he ended up signing a contract with them. This song is now the most purchased song on iTunes and has brought great wealth to Chris. It has also brought a lot of fame as he has been on various different TV shows such as MTV Cribs, This Morning, etc.
Here is an interview with Chris that we had with him very recently.

WHAT GOT YOU INTO MUSIC?
My father. He would sing all day every day. It would brighten everybody's day up and that just sums up my dad. He had the greatest of tastes in music such as NWA and Eminem. They're also some of my idols.

WHO ELSE WERE YOUR IDOLS GROWING UP?
As I just said there was NWA (who includes Ice Cube and Dr. Dre) and Eminem but there were others such as 2pac. These were some of the best rappers of their time but now I'm here to take it to a whole new level.

WHERE DID YOU START YOUR RAP CAREER?
I started off with a couple of friends my age in the local park and in the college training rooms before we had a football game. I used to play for the football team but I decided to take up a career in music instead. Anyway, we would freestyle and we would occasionally write songs together. This was our way of staying outta trouble so our parents were happy, until we started rapping in the house ha ha.

HOW PROUD ARE YOU TO HAVE THE FIRST SONG THAT YOU WROTE TO BE THE MOST PURCHASED SONG OF ALL TIME ON ITUNES?
I am very proud, it was one of the proudest moments of my life. It felt like it was a dream and I didn't want to wake up. I couldn't have do it without my friends so I am very grateful to them. That is why I bring them along on every tour because they're like family now. I'm also very grateful to the record label that believed in me as I probably wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for them.

Pull quote- "Their deaths changed me"

IN 2008, YOU TRAGICALLY LOST BOTH OF YOUR PARENTS IN A CAR ACCIDENT, HOW DID THIS AFFECT YOUR MUSIC?
This affected me a lot and I had to take a break for a while to morn my parents. When I decided to make my comeback, I decided to do it with a song about them called 'Dead Love'. I listen to the song now and then just to remind me of them. Their deaths changed me and what I write my songs about as I now have a new perspective on life.
